Since ito yung unang na serve samin we take a sip and ang unang nasambit ng bibig ko ay “Ang Sarap”. Sobrang sarap ng soup first time kong makatikim ng ilonggo especialty, malalasahan mo talaga yung mga  ingredients na all fresh like: kadyos (also known as Pigeon Peas), Bat-wan (for souring ingredient) langka, baboy, tanglad and etc. For me personally mas gusto ko siya kesa sa sinigang na nakasanayan na natin.

Lechon
