In case you didn't know or you just don't care what kind of coffee you might be drinking every time you buy a coffee. There are a 100 species of coffee, but this two is the most widely produced and sold, Robusta & Arabica.
When it comes to the shape you will notice that Robusta beans are much more circular, whereas Arabica are more oval. Even it has a smaller size Robusta has more caffeine compared to Arabica.
Which may sound like a positive thing but caffeine carries a bitter taste which makes it an unpleasant drink. In fact the Robusta bean has 2.7% caffeine content, almost double the 1.5% of Arabica. (and yeah the type of coffee that is in every instant coffee is Robusta)

In line with Conlins company, their products Bluenotes coffee offers 100% single-origin Arabica beans. "Each origin of coffee has something unique to offer; coffee from Sumatra gives a very different cup profile from coffees originating from Brazil or Ethiopia. The origin of your coffee is only one of the many aspects that affect the coffee's flavor profile." explains Eric.

Artisan a.k.a Million Dollar coffee on the other hand, is about art and science of how coffee is crafted. Artisan coffee is about taking different coffee elements and creating meld flavors of varying origins into a very satisfying cup.

These two coffee variants offered by Conlins will definitely something for coffee lovers out there. Whether your go for Bluenotes and its "taste of the world" because of its straight forward flavor and aroma or you go to Artisan who immersed in the worlds of lifestyle and arts will be preferred by coffee aficionados. With no doubt these two will surely impress the most discerning palates.
