"We understand how important connectivity is for millions of Filipinos overseas. While there is a multitude of ways to keep a constant connection back in the Philippines, there are many opportunities to provide accessible and value for money communication service to our countrymen living or working abroad. There are varying pain points per location and partnering with equally-innovative firms will help us offer various alternatives to our customers...
Last Wednesday I'm in awe (besides the fact that there is so many events that day and yeah the rain!) but because I was invited to visit the newly-opened Yellow Cab in Antipolo.
It was their newest branch located in L Sumulong Memorial Circle Road, Antipolo City, Rizal.
Yep it was one hell of a ride because of the traffic, but for the love of pizza I took the risk. Lol! Actually I had fun while we were on the road Ms. Arnie a.k.a the (PR Babe) was very accommodating and it was a perfect timing to catch up with my friend Marco since we haven't seen each other for awhile.
We came to the store at exactly lunch so we grab some good food to satisfy our cravings over these picture-perfect food to keep us kicking for our activity that day.
I myself is still on the road to achieve the body I really want. We all know getting fit is not an easy job, it requires motivation to keep you going and patience to resist the temptations you'll face every meal time. (cheat day!)
I believe in the saying "you are what you eat" because the food that we consume and the lifestyle we've used to will determine our physique.
Last night I was lucky enough to witness Derek Ramsay come back as a endorser for Century Tuna newest campaign.
We all know that Derek is a epitome of a real hunk that will make every man jealous. Tagged as one of the hottest celebrities in the local industry.
He maintains perfect defined abs, strong, sculpted shoulders, toned arms and legs.
He must exhaust his self to workout to achieve this body.
We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it gives us a strength for the whole day, and for us Filipino's there are variations of breakfast for us like; tocino, longganisa with sunny side up, dilis with vinegar on side and beef tapa all perfect match with garlic fried rice. *salivating*
Nowadays Filipino breakfast dishes were put aside because of the instant-western fast foods that can be seen in every corner of the city.
Last Thursday, I am very honored to be invited for Via Mare's 40 years celebration held in Greenbelt 1 their first ever branch.
Via Mare started the Filipino food legacy since 1975, after which the Filipino cuisine was never the same again.
Chef Glenda Barretto the heart of the restaurant and her strong belief in the Filipino cuisine potential to be world class, in fact she bought recognition to the sophistication and complex flavors of the Philippines.
We had this lavish breakfast composed by: Milkfish, Longganisa, Adobo flakes, Sunny side-up with Garlic fried rice.
The authentic taste and mixture of this breakfast made me order another round of rice. Lol!
Here is madame Glenda Barretto laughing while she shares her memory way back when she still learning to be a chef. "The idea of adobo flakes was when her mom cooks adobo for her father, I'm the one who will shred the chicken and my mom will fry it."
